On the occasion of Subotica City Day, Palić Zoo offers its visitors an educational and creative program from Friday, September 1 to Sunday, September 3.
From 10 a.m. and every hour until 6 p.m., groomers will demonstrate feeding animals, including brown bears, eland, meerkats, parrots, de Brazza monkeys, crayfish, African tortoises.
In the pavilion that will be set up near the amphitheater classroom from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., a workshop called “Greetings from the Zoo” will be held, where each child will receive a postcard and a postage stamp. The selection includes 6 different, protected animals from the territory of the Republic of Serbia, and after coloring the postcard, the children will read an educational text and write a message on the back. Postcards can be dropped into the mailbox on the way out of the Garden, and will arrive at the address indicated on it in a few days. The workshop is free.
All children under the age of 12 have free entry from September 1 to 3.
