Palić Zoo dedicates the first week of March to celebrating World Wildlife Day and the CITES Convention.
The star of this year’s workshop is the bear – a symbol of strength, but also of the vulnerability of the wilderness. Through workshops, puzzles, and various educational games, children have the opportunity to learn about all bear species, their habitats, and the challenges they face in the wild.
A special highlight is participating in the feeding of the bears – an experience that blurs the line between learning and direct experience, leaving a powerful message: “Wildlife protection begins with understanding.”
Because when we get to know the wild up close, we learn how vital it is to preserve it..
